Class & Country Homes offers private consultations for clients considering a confidential acquisition, sale or lease of a luxury property in Rome — from period palazzi in the historic centre to penthouses with terraces, Liberty villas and signorile apartments in the residential districts of the city.

Our consultations are by appointment only, conducted in strict discretion (NDA available upon request), either at our office in Palazzo Ricci, Via Giulia 145, or via private video call. We listen first, then propose.
