The Architectural Manifesto

Luxury villa Rome Casal Palocco, set within an 800 sqm private garden, is the result of a profound renovation that has transformed it into a statement of modern architecture. The design champions the structural purity of Brutalism: reinforced concrete is left exposed, softened only by the extensive use of steel and vast panes of glass.

This dialogue creates unique perspectives, most notably in the sculptural monumentality of the main staircase, where solid concrete and transparent crystal generate views that cut through the entire residence.

The Reception Areas: Volume and Glass

Arranged over four levels, the villa dedicates the entire ground floor to entertaining. The vast double reception salone, complete with a gas fireplace, extends nearly the full length of the home. Automated, floor-to-ceiling windows retract to visually merge the interior with the garden.
